HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE STYLE OF MY PHOTOSHOOT?
Once, you make a booking with C & D Photography we will get in contact with you regarding the styling and requirements that you are after for your photoshoot. The earlier you book the more options we can make available to you.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Book with us online and pay through our website or contact us directly for direct bank transfer. We require payment before the day of the shoot and additional photos and portraits can be purchased through the website before or after your photo shoot.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY SHOOT?
Instructions will be emailed directly to you based on your booking package. Generally, we require you to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your shoot.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Contact us directly through email for vouchers.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR UPGRADE MY PACKAGE PLAN?
If you would like to change your package plan contact us directly and we can update based on availability. We generally require 48hrs notice.
CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum 24hr notice period for a cancellation booking otherwise you forfeit the cost of your booking.
CAN I SHOOT ON LOCATION?
Yes. We predominately shoot out of our home studio based in Hampton but we can accommodate location shoots. We can travel up to 20km from Hampton and into the CBD. Contact us directly for a location booking outside a 10km radius of Hampton.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
We currently send images through a private google drive only you can access. Images will be provided in a Jpeg format unless specified.
